Does masking affect AI quality?
No. The AI receives the full prompt with consistent placeholders like [PERSON_1] and [ORG_1]. It understands relationships and context exactly as if real values were used. Response quality is identical.
What data types are detected?
Names, organisations, email addresses, phone numbers (EU formats), IBANs, BSNs, KvK numbers, monetary amounts, dates of birth, and more. Our engine extends Microsoft Presidio with custom European recognizers.
Can we keep our existing AI provider contracts?
Yes. Bring your own API keys for Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Grok, or Mistral. Arcovela proxies requests through your existing provider relationships — we don’t resell AI access.
